In case of minor damage to a vehicle, Sanitrans Assistance sends and pays for a mechanic to repair the vehicle on the spot. The labour costs and the costs of the Spare Parts have to be met by the client.

In case of accident, or if a vehicle breaks down en route and the garage carrying out the repair does not have the required spare-parts, Sanitrans Assistance procures and delivers the requested materials to the garage, covering the delivery costs, any customs duty and the advance payment of the spare-parts.

In addition, Sanitrans Assistance can provide and pay for a reliable expert to go to the scene of an accident and assess the damage for insurance purposes.

Sanitrans Assistance has pre-agreed tariffs and rates with official dealers and technicians for the above-mentioned services. In addition, Sanitrans Assistance has agreements and special rates with the companies providing assistance on motorways.
