In case of necessity, the customer can contact the medical team of Sanitrans Assistance, which is available year round 24 hours day for advice regarding a medical condition and for information regarding heath facilities which are suitable to treat the identified condition as well as registered specialists near where the customer is staying.

In case of accident or illness and if requested, Sanitrans Assistance contacts and sends a doctor to the place where the patient is staying or is hospitalised.
     
If this is not possible, Sanitrans Assistance organises a medical consultation at the nearest hospital or medical centre.

All costs for the above services are covered by Sanitrans Assistance.
