  If the hospital staff do not speak the language of the patient, Sanitrans Assistance will send an interpreter to the hospital or clinic where the patient has been admitted.

If the medical team considers it necessary, Sanitrans Assistance will send nursing personnel to the place where the client is staying.

Sanitrans Assistance will also procure and deliver any required medical equipment or medicine to the place of assistance.

Finally, Sanitrans Assistance will oversee the hotel and flight bookings for the customer and his relatives and travel companions.

All costs for the above services are covered by Sanitrans Assistance.
